Rising Tide

Community gathering space

Rising Tide use the Reclaimed Commons space for community gatherings and workshops.

We are the rising tide of ordinary people, called by extraordinary times. We are a diverse movement demanding Australia honours our commitment to the goals of the Paris Climate Agreement. We are prepared to take whatever peaceful actions are within our power to defend the climate.

Art Raft Collective

Workshop and gathering space

The ART RAFT collective use the Recalimed Commons as a space for their monthly meetings and fun catch ups, workshops and to build and store their rafts!

The project is, in Hakim Bey / Peter Lamborn Wilson’s words, a materialised ‘temporary autonomous zone’, where collaborators and activists have space to playfully propose questions, be involved in a common cause, generate connection and envision more positive, future narratives.
